Indiawala Manveer Gurjar won reality TV show Bigg Boss 10 on Sunday in a close fight with celebrity contestant Bani J
An emotional and elated Manveer Gurjar was welcomed with applause by his family members and audience as Salman declared him the winner and handed over the trophy along with prize money of Rs 40 lakh.
Manveer, who entered as a common man, is currently the most talked about person and that makes him no less than a celebrity.
While talking to a leading daily about his plan post Bigg Boss 10 win, Manveer shared that he is in no hurry and will wait for a “good opportunity” before he decides on his next project.
When questioned if he plans enter film or TV industry, he says he is yet to figure that out but won’t do anything for the sake of it. He said “I’ll first watch all the episodes, see what I was good at. I will pick those qualities which people have liked and then decide what to do next,” Manveer told PTI.
“I spoke to Bani, she said she went to Khatron Ke Khiladi but couldn’t do the tasks properly. I don’t want that to happen with me. Whatever good opportunity I’ll get, I’ll grab them and move ahead. But I don’t want to do things for the sake of it,” added Manveer.
Talking about shifting to Mumbai, he said “If i get good offers in the future, I may consider shifting to Mumbai.I cannot do scripted stuff. If I’m told to do a scripted act, I tend to fumble. So, if it’s a good reality show, I don’t mind taking it up.”
Manveer’s best friend inside the house, Manu Punjabi, finished fourth and took home Rs 10 lakhs. The reality show saw Lopamudra Raut coming third and Bani Judge coming second.
